Today in science we worked on The Mystery Fossil Bones Activity with a partner. It is an in class activity, you cannot do it at home.

Social Studies

Today we took our test on Unit 7: Emerging America. Mr. Grove graded it using GradeCam and we could look over incorrect answers.

        Science:      Today in  Mr. Grove's class when we walked we did 4 EOG review questions. Then we went over our science projects, to correct any issues that may have been wrong with them. 2 Weeks until Science projects are due!!!! Most of the class was dedicated to our science projects. We shared good news, and had an interesting conversation on selfie sticks, and the social media "Like" button.

Social Studies: Handed back Interactive Notebook Check Sheets and finished America the Story of US. 

2 Hour Early Dismissal due to coming Snow!

Today in Science Class, we took a test Chapter 9 and used GradeCam to check our answers and get our grades immediately.

Social Studies Notes:

Today in Social Studies Class, we checked our Interactive Notebooks for everything we need to have in it for our Notebook Check. We had our Notebook Check. We got back our “Unit  7: Emerging Activity: Primary Source Activity: What really caused the Wall Street crash of 1929?”. We went over that paper.

Social Studies: 

World War 1 Statistics part 3 

LT: I can create a list of the countries with the highest number of killed soldiers

Today in social studies we finished up our station activity with our groups. First, we finished our graphs if not complete already. After that, in our groups we worked on the questions on a separate sheet of paper. Then in our interactive notebooks we had to do the World War One Death Statistics- By Nation and rank the countries by their percentage of deaths in each nation. At the end of class we turned everything in to be graded.

Science – Today we took Chapter 8 Test. We graded them using GradeCam in class. Then we worked on our word wall for Chapter 9
