US History:
First we are going to answer the following Review Questions:
• What did the Federalists believe?
• What did the Anti-Federalists believe?
• What concession did the Anti-Federalists get?
• What was the Louisiana Purchase?
• Who explored the Louisiana Purchase?
We will discuss the correct answers.
We are then going to play a Game of Jeopardy.
We are going to then take notes of early 1800’s tech and important Supreme Court Cases. Link
We are moving into Chapter 5 Growth and Division.
All make-up work is going to be due Friday.
Civics:
We are first going to go over Content Vocabulary sheet.
We are then going to make our own colorful charts of the “How a Bill becomes a Law” (pg 201) Civics Today and then create a Visual Summary comparing the House and Senate (pg. 203) These will be graded for neatness, accuracy and visual appeal.
All Make up work due Friday.
