Civics:
Today, we are first going to discuss the events of September 11th, 8 years ago. How did those events effect your life??
We are going to look at the following writing prompt:

Everyone remembers this event:
•Write half a page telling:
–Where were you, when you heard the news?
–How did it make you feel?
–What does it mean to you to be an American?
–What are your responsibilities to your country?
–Make sure to use correct punctuation and grammar.

I am going to handback your graded quiz that students retook.

Then, we agre going to transisiton to Colonial Life.
We are going to take notes on Colonial Life.

  • Include a conclusion paragraph with topic sentence
  • Include appropriate grammar and punctuation usage
